2018-2019 Manchester, NH
From November of 2018 to November of 2019, I served as an AmeriCorps VISTA at Families in Transition-New Horizons. My role was marketing and graphic design. My focus areas in the organization were OutFITters Thrift Store (a business generating revenue for the organization), Willows Substance Use Treatment Center, and fundraising events for the agency. For the thrift store, I collaborated with the store manager to develop monthly promotional campaigns to increase customer traffic and sales. I created materials for these promotions including newspaper ads, posters, and more. I also managed all social media pages. For the substance use treatment center, I took photos and created a video for the grand re-opening, created and updated flyers and other marketing material, and created ads for newspapers, billboards, and buses. Finally, for fundraising events, I assisted in the creation of signage and other printed materials, published online advertising, created an email marketing campaign, and photographed every event. Other projects included an online giving day where I raised $13,000, bi-monthly e-newsletters,
